
Lynch Indicted On Four Charges in Ohio County
On Thursday, Kentucky State Police detectives served an indictment warrant on Donald Lynch, 41 of Beaver Dam in connection with the murder of 30-year-old Amanda Riley of Livermore.
In December, Lynch was charged with First Degree Murder and Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (methamphetamine). Riley's body was discovered in a lake on the Peabody WMA property in Ohio County in November. Investigators determined she died as a result of blunt force trauma.
The Ohio County Grand Jury handed down the following charges in the indictment:
-Murder 1st Degree
-Trafficking a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine)
-Tamper with Physical Evidence
-Abuse of a Corpse
Lynch remains in the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford.
