It goes without saying that there are enormous farms in every state. And it shouldn't be surprising that are some pretty expensive ones in Kentucky, due to the Commonwealth's horse breeding culture.

Take a drive up and down two-lane roads in central Kentucky and you'll immediately note they are mostly lined with those beautiful black fences that are indicative of horse farms.
