Moderate Severe Weather Risk Is Lousy News, Can’t Be Too Prepared [VIDEO]

I didn't catch Wayne Hart's forecast earlier tonight on Eyewitness News. Considering there's a moderate risk for severe weather for the entire tri-state for Friday, it was kinda one I should have.
