Most Common Arguments American Couples Have While Traveling
Getting out of your usual routine can be stressful. Especially when traveling is involved. Dealing with flight delays or cancellations, packing for the trip, navigating airports, and planning an itinerary can cause stress in any relationship. Do you suffer from travel anxiety? You're not alone!
Traveling can be hard, especially over the holidays. Doing it with your significant other can cause arguments if you have different comfort levels. While exploring for some causes happiness, for others, it's a feeling of dread. For me, it's always a mixture of both. How about you?
COMMON VACATION ARGUMENTS TO AVOID
What are the most common arguments caused while traveling? We found some answers thanks to a recent survey conducted by AirportParkingReservations.com. It comes as no surprise delays and cancellations ranked as the number one cause of arguments. If you're already feeling anxious about traveling before you even get to the airport, this fun stat doesn't help. Lack of sleep and arriving late to the airport tied for second. Getting rest along with a well-managed vacation can make things much better.

There is no “normal” when it comes to travel anxiety. It's learning to navigate vacation issues with minimum arguments. I know that's easier said than done!
