Niko’s Bakery In Owensboro Celebrates One Year Anniversary With New Owners (PHOTO)

Niko's Bakery & Cafe opened its doors in Wesleyan Park Plaza just shy of one year ago.   I remember getting the news from my buddy, Matt Weafer, who is a chef there.  I was totally pumped because I love everything they serve.

Niko's is a European bakery featuring fresh croissants, pastries, true sourdoughs and desserts. They serve breakfast, lunch, and early dinner -- a diverse selection of unique sandwiches, salads, soups, and specialty entrees. Offering dine-in, pick up, and catering!

As I was scrolling through Facebook today I noticed my friend, Jessica Weafer posted that her family would be taking over ownership of the bakery and cafe.  This is super exciting news as Matt is the Chef and does an amazing job.

Our family loves stopping in Niko's for Twice Baked Cranberry Almond Croissants or a cream cheese danish.  I feel like I am stepping into a quaint little French Bakery every time I walk in there.
