Peppy, perky, and full of PERSONALITY… It’s a must as the WBKR co-host with Chad Benefield from 6-10 a.m. and in my home as a wife and God-fearing momma of five kiddos: Parker, Braden, Tucker, Charlotte, and the late Kathern Elizabeth. I was born in Christian County, Kentucky, but lived most of my life in Owensboro. I grew up a dance and pageant girl and discovered a love for sports (soccer mainly) somewhere in the middle of it all. I am a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College where I played soccer, cheered, and received my Bachelors Degree in Education. I have a passion for serving Owensboro-Daviess County and the tri-state area in a variety of ways from volunteering with numerous non-profit organizations and events, to being an active member of local advisory councils and committees and the Executive Director of My Sister's Keeper a women and children's emergency homeless shelter. I have a servant’s heart and a great desire to love others. When I’m not on-air, volunteering, or living the mom/wife life, you might find me working out, singing loudly in the car, or bargain shopping at local consignment shops. I would say my faith carries me through any and all situations! I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Psalm 16:8
