The National High School Athletic Coaches Association announced the advancement of Owensboro Catholic High School Softball Coach, George Randolph, as a finalist for the National Coach of the Year! What a huge honor.

Eight finalists from across the nation will be honored during "The National Coach of the Year Awards" in Sioux Falls, SD on June 27, 2018. One will be named the NHSACA National Coach of the Year! It was announced this week that Owensboro Catholic High School Softball Coach, George Randolph, is a finalist. Hopefully it will be Coach Randolph as it would be well deserved.

Randolph was nominated for this national honor by the state’s high school coaches’ association. Selections are based on longevity, service to high school athletics, honors, championship years, and winning percentage. He FITS in all of these categories!
