Ohio County Minister Volunteering in Houston, Interviewed While Boating on Flooded Street [VIDEO]

WYMT-TV out of Hazard, KY has posted a video of an interview with a minister from Horse Branch who's in Houston volunteering.

The reporter for the Houston ABC affiliate caught up with John McGinnis and his brother Danny as they were boating down a flooded Houston street.
