One Person of Interest Surrenders to Owensboro Police
Breaking news this morning. Owensboro Police say one person of interest in the investigation into a multiple homicide has surrendered to authorities.

Officials say Cylar Shemwell turned himself around 12:30am this morning and he is now being housed in the Daviess County Detention Center. However, the search for a second person of interest continues. Do you recognize this man?
