OPD Lieutenant David Powell Graduates FBI National Academy

Owensboro Police Department Lieutenant David Powell just graduated from the FBI National Academy and the community is SO proud!

On March 16th, 2018, Owensboro Police Department Lieutenant David Powell was among 223 law enforcement officers who graduated from the 271st Session of the FBI National Academy Program at Quantico, Virginia!

Lieutenant Powell is a 16 year veteran of the Owensboro Police Department.

The National Academy Program, held at the FBI Academy, offers 10 weeks of advanced investigative, management, and fitness training for selected officers having proven records as professionals within their agencies.
