Owensboro Home to Hip New Night Club, Restaurant, Hookah Lounge

Owensboro's newest nightclub is a hip lounge that offers dancing, live music, food, and more. Take a look at the menu and take a peek inside of Shilohs Lounge which is now open off Triplett Street.

Nightlife is alive and well in Owensboro. There truly are some pretty awesome options when you want a night on the town. But, did you know that a brand-new option has opened to gather with friends? I stopped by Shilohs Lounge over the weekend to check out the nightclub and grab some wings to go. It's not the old 8 Ball restaurant anymore, I can tell you that. I was given the grand tour and from the lights, food, drinks, and sound system, it's a party waiting to happen. When I was there it was still early in the day so I didn't get the full party atmosphere, but I can imagine that it comes alive at night.

I had the chance to take a look around and chat with James, the general manager of Shilohs Lounge. Here's what he had to say. "I would like new customers to know we are not just nightlife we offer a friendly, fun, clean & convenient environment for food and relaxation! We have breakfast and lunch specials all week. It’s an open menu all day if you want a steak for breakfast or biscuits & gravy for dinner you can get that. The owner is Justin Davidson and our #1 priority is catering to customers.
