Owensboro Police Department Offers Back-to-School Safety Tips [VIDEO]

And just like that, the kids are getting ready to head back to school. Where did the summer go? (Yeah, the calendar says we still have more than a month left of summer, but I was a kid once, and when school starts, summer's over.)

And since the kids will be back in school starting August 9th, it's not a bad idea to get a refresher course in some basics regarding back-to-school.

Fortunately, the OPD has produced a video with just that kind of information.
