Owensboro Police Department Reporting Scam Letter Circulating

In recent weeks the Owensboro Police Department has been reporting a number of fraud or scam alerts.  They released another one yesterday and this one is using real officer names.

Please be careful and contact the OPD if you have questions or something just doesn't seem right.
