Reid’s Orchard Apple Festival This Weekend in Owensboro! [PHOTOS]

Oh... that fall breeze and sun-kissed leaves. You know when October comes around it's time for the community to come together and celebrate the season at Reid's Orchard in Owensboro for the Apple Festival. It's fun for the entire family!

The Apple Festival has come a long way since it began with a few rides for the kids, 20 craft booths and 8 food booths all of those years ago. It's grown so much over the years and was named a Top 10 event by the Kentucky Tourism Council and a Top 20 event by the southeast Tourism Society which covers eleven states.

Plan on bringing the entire family out for a weekend of fun, food and fellowship!

Discfunktn’l Groove is back at the Apple Fest this year! You can get funky at the center stage Sunday, October 22 at 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM.

Some of the food at the Festival: Bean Soup, Burgers, Apple Dumplings, BBQ Chicken, Caramel Apples, Kettle Corn, Cotton Candy and more!
