Scooby-Doo Mystery Putt Will Bring Spooky Fun to Pigeon Forge This Fall
As much as I enjoy miniature golf, I've seldom planned mini-golf excursions. Now, if there was a putt-putt course nearby, special events would be planned, like picnics. However, when I'm traveling, miniature golf is an unscheduled side trip, and I always make time.

Now, let's talk about that phrase "making time." When you have itinerary for your trip to East Tennessee and the Smoky Mountains is set in stone, maybe "making time" for what isn't on it might be difficult. But since I know that tourism mecca has tons of putt-putt courses, folks are bound to visit one of them.
This fall, Pigeon Forge will be appealing to kids from several generations with one of its newest additions. If you're Gen X or younger, this is probably etched permanently onto your brain cells.
Scooby-Doo Mystery Putt
What a recipe. You take a potent piece of multi-generational pop culture, secure the necessary rights, and then open the floodgates. They'll start flocking in faster than you can say, "Ruh-roh, Raggy."
Everybody loves putt-putt, and, I'm guessing, millions upon millions of fans love the most popular Great Dane of all time. Me? I'd play a couple of rounds just to soak it all in. In that post, I can see The Creeper (lower right) and whatever they called that undersea ghost with the old school diving gear (center bottom). It just makes me want to see more.
Thanks to Tampa Jay, we can. His coverage begins at the 11:59 mark.
Originally, Scooby-Doo Mystery Putt was set to open in the Spring of 2025, but the opening date was pushed back. It looks, though, like they will be ready to go whenever they set a specific date beyond just Fall of 2025.
