Second Arrest Made in Kentucky Wesleyan Terroristic Threatening Case
A second arrest has been made and the individual in question has been charged with 2nd degree terroristic threatening, according to a report from the Owensboro Police Department.
19-year-old Ethan J. Bauer of Louisville has been interviewed by detectives and has also been charged with tampering with physical evidence.
21-year-old Jason Blount of Owensboro was arrested Wednesday and charged with 2nd degree terroristic threatening. He told police he'd been having homicidal thoughts and said he'd sent a threatening message to a student.
The OPD's investigation revealed that Bauer had let Blount into a secured dormitory and was complicit with a plan to kill or maim at least two students.
Bauer also deleted text messages about the plan under instructions from Blount.
