Surrounded by a beautiful landscape, be sure to visit any of the historic cabins and shops located in Shubael Little Pioneer Village. The James Falls Cabin, the Troy Stone Jail, the Adam Shoemaker Cabin, the Millstone One-Room School, the Homer Hull Carter Cabin, the Blacksmith Shop, and Carpenter's Shop will take you back in time.
Village Tours
Village visitors can take a self-guided walking tour or from one of the many tour guides on hand. You'll be transported back in time learning about the rich history of the Shubael Little Pioneer Village. I'm a huge fan of villages like this. There's so much to be learned, especially with today's youth. It's a wake-up call to see how our ancestors lived without electricity, water, etc. Plan your visit and tour with the family today!
Shubael Little Pioneer Village Fundraiser
On Saturday, July 24th, 2021 a huge Hog Roast is being planned and everyone is welcome to attend. The village depends on fundraisers for repair and preservation. With the pandemic, all fundraisers were halted last year so donations are much needed. You can come and enjoy some delicious food on Saturday, July 24th, 2021 from 4 PM to 7 PM. Dine-in or carryout. $14 per dinner donation.
