Before Darius Rucker arrives in Evansville as part of Brad Paisley's H2O Frozen Over Tour on January 22, the country star will make a stopover in the Big Easy. Rucker will give a free concert in New Orleans on Monday one day ahead of the Sugar Bowl match-up between Arkansas and Ohio State.
