We sadly reported a few days ago that our dear friend Scooter Joe Rybicki passed away unexpectedly. The arrangements for his funeral have been set and we have the information.

My husband was scrolling through Facebook this week and noticed our friend, Scooter Joe, received recognition from Daniel Tosh of the Comedy Central show Tosh.O.

Chad and I had the opportunity to interview, Joe Rybicki, otherwise known as "Scooter Joe" around Owensboro.  Here is what he had to say about all the hype on his driving.
