The Owensboro Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting the eighth annual "Gone to the Dogs" event at Combest Pool on Sunday, August 5th. The open swim lessons for dogs and their owners will be from 6pm-8pm. In case of inclement weather, the event will take place on Monday, August 6th.
