The Reid's Orchard Apple Festival, as always, was a total blast. But it wasn't all just great food, music, crafts, and good times. There was also life-saving information available courtesy of Tim and Michelle Miller.

It's that wonderful time of the year: the 26th Annual Reid's Orchard Apple Festival this weekend on Highway 144 in Owensboro. Temperatures are expected to be in the 60's Saturday & 70's Sunday! On Thursday, I was at Reid's Orchard for my Midday Show. I always love going to Reid's because it's so pretty there and well, because they feed me a lot! Ha! It's fall.... and Katie's mums are ready and look beautiful! Plus, at my house we LOVE Reidland and the horse and pony rides, along with the petting zoo on the weekends...

Sunday afternoon, Carsyn and I made a fun trip to Reid's Orchard. They had a small petting zoo for the day and horse rides. Now, Carsyn has been talkin reaaaal big lately about how she wanted to ride a real, big horse. So, I thought I'd test her out and see just how tough she really was. Well, needless to say, she made me proud!

This year marks the 25th Anniversary of  the Reid's Apple Festival on Highway 144 in Owensboro, and the weather is shapping up to be very nice this weekend! This is a great family event filled with carnival rides, vendors, crafts, great food and apple treats of every kind...

On Sunday, I took Carsyn to Reid's Orchard here in Owensboro. Now, those of you that listen to my Mid-Day Show know that I LOVE Reid's!! (Awesome snacks!! Haha!) Well...Carsyn does too!! And, even thou I had NO cash and had to take $30 worth of quarters in a ziplock bag....we had a blast!!

Happy Friday to me!! I'm on the road all day today (9am-2pm) from one of my favorite places....Reid's Orchard!! Reid's is such a fun, family-friendly place, especially this time of year! LOTS of fun things to do!
