Yesterday, I spent about three hours at Owensboro Health's Harvest Market event, which is held every Tuesday in the hospital parking lot.  The general idea is to promote good health and wellness on the outside of the hospital as well as inside.  A staple of Harvest Market is the Owensboro Regional Farmers' Market, which was well-represented this week by about a dozen area growers and producers.  O
