Here at WBKR, we are gearing up for Denim & Diamonds: The Concert Fundraiser for St. Jude. It's set for Friday, January 31st at the Theatre Workshop Opryhouse, which was just recently renamed The Empress! This is the 4th year for our concert event and we are excited to announce this year's line-up of acts. Check it out!
I saw the movie version of Steel Magnolias twenty-something years ago and I can still quote lines from it. One of my favorites . . . This past Saturday marked the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic and I was able to attend the Theatre Workshops "Titanic" event that they put on, it was a great time! My wife, Misty and I dressed up like the folks from that time period, we had a nice dinner and got entertained. The drawing my son made for me was on display there as well.
