Texas Roadhouse Hosting OPD, Owensboro Firefighters Charity Events

Cops, firefighters, ribs? Texas Roadhouse in Owensboro will be hosting a "Fire vs. Police" Rib-Eating contest Monday night (June 18th) at 5:00pm. Five OPD officers will face off against five Owensboro Firefighters and the winning team (each member must consume a half slab of ribs, bones bare!) will win an all-expenses paid feast catered by Texas Roadhouse.In addition to the rib-eating contest, Texas Roadhouse will host a fundraiser night Tuesday June 19th with the OPD and Owensboro Fire Department. Ten percent of the restaurant's total sales Tuesday night will be donated to charity. Come on out Monday and Tuesday nights!
