The 3rd Annual Owensboro Air Show was truly magnificent!  A lot of history and a lot of nerve racking maneuvers.  This was my first air show and I think I got some pretty good shots of these planes in action.

First off, I have to give a big shout out to whoever created this camera lens.

The plane below was one of my favorites.  It's a bomber from the 1940's that was used to bomb the Japanese after Pearl Harbor.

These guys here were doing some pretty acrobatic stuff with their planes.  Luckily, my phone was still alive at this point.

The U.S. Army Golden Knights were a question at the beginning of the air show due to wind.  But mother nature gave us all a break, and they jumped from the plane.  It was truly wonderful.

It was something.  One of the jumpers that we saw from the convention center in the air, landed, and immediately, still out of breath, came upstairs and did the announcing.  It was insane.
