According to officials from the venues, if your event has been cancelled, you will be receiving a refund on the original method of payment.  If the event has been rescheduled, check the date to make sure you can attend.  If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, the venue will then issue you a refund.  If your event has been postponed, the venue will wait until a new date is set to determine the best course of action for that show.
