There’s Like, A Totally Tragic 80’s Murder Mystery Dinner Coming to Owensboro

I LOVE a good murder mystery! The suspense! The drama! The hairspray! The shoulder pads! Wait, what?

Well, yeah dude! In this case, a totally epic event is coming to Owensboro where we get to combine the fun of solving a crime with fashion and fun from the best decade in history, the 1980s.

St. Benedict's Homeless Shelter is bringing the American Immersion Theater to host the I Love the 80's to DEATH Murder Mystery Dinner. Will you become the victim? The suspect? Help figure out whodunnit and enjoy some delicious food, drinks, and look bodacious while doing it.

If you have ever been to an immersive theatre experience, you know its a total blast! You'll laugh, you'll scream, you'll even have a chance to win prizes for best dressed or best detective. So raid your old closet or attic at your parent's house and dig out those Guess jeans and taffeta dresses to really impress. You can even wear sunglasses at night if you want to!

So don't be buggin'! Mark your calendar for October 25th at 6PM and hop on the St. Benedict's website to buy your tickets. They're $65 a piece for dinner and the show or you can reserve a whole mondo cool table for your all your tight friends.

All proceeds benefit the mission of St. Benedict's Homeless Shelter. Providing safe, non-judgmental temporary housing and a whole array of services to our neighbors in need in Daviess County and surrounding areas.
