Meet The McManaways Behind The Twisted Tater

Let me introduce you to the McManaway family! Kendra, Nick, and their four girls: Sora, Layla, Alina, and Ellie Jane. Their home has always been filled with love, laughter, and something delicious on the stove. Over time, what started as simple family meals turned into a dream to share their favorite flavors with the community. That’s how The Twisted Tater was born! A family-run food trailer built on hard work and a whole lot of potatoes. Every dish they serve comes from a place of love, and they’re just gettin’ started.

A brand new food truck servin’ up loaded baked potatoes with a good ol’ Southern twist is hitting the road. They’re just gettin’ started, but they’ve got some big things (and even bigger taters) on the way. Soon they'll be sharing where they’ll be rollin’. It's gonna be one spudtacular ride!

Tater Time: The Menu That’s Full of Flavor and Family

On this menu, the potato is absolutely the star of the show, and every spud has a story! Each loaded creation is named after one of the McManaway kids, making it a true family affair with a twist of flavor and fun. After plenty of taste-testing (and maybe a few full bellies), they’ve fine-tuned the lineup and officially dropped their much-anticipated menu.
