MUSICAL BEACH CHAIRS: You Could Win a Trip to Panama City Beach, Florida

Here at WBKR, we're giving YOU the chance to win a trip to Panama City Beach, Florida in our brand new contest, MUSICAL BEACH CHAIRS!  The contest is going to be frantic, nerve-racking, and fun. It's your chance to go on vacation with Mary-Katherine and me in late October. If you're one of our four lucky winners, you'll get to spend 3-days and 2-nights at the Holiday Inn Resort PCB Sunday, October 27th and Monday, October 28th. Plus, we'll be right there with you.

HOW TO PLAY MUSICAL BEACH CHAIRS

STEP #1:

Fill out the quick registration form below. It will take you just a few seconds and you'll be in the mix. All you need to do is give us your name, phone number and email address. Then, get ready to play!

Then, the contest gets very interesting and challenging. They'll have to try to keep it. At 11:20am, Barb Birgy will shout out the name of a new contestant. If that contestant can call in within 9 minutes and 25 seconds, they will kick the previous player out of the chair and claim it for themselves.  At 4:20pm, Dave Spencer will do the same. He'll announce the name of a new player, who can also try to claim a seat in the MUSICAL BEACH CHAIR. This process will repeat (at the times mentioned) each day of the week- with the final name shouted out at 4:20pm each Friday. The final person in the chair at the end of each contest week will claim one of our 3-day, 2-night stays at the Holiday Inn Resort PCB.  Yes!  If you're the winner, you'll be vacationing with Mary-Katherine and me in late October!

**Note- If you are the contestant currently in possession of the chair, we will be in constant contact with you to help stage the contest each time we play.  We will be asking for your cell phone number and will be calling you for on-air purposes as long as you maintain control of the chair. Your participation is vital to the execution of the contest on air.

**Also, if you have possession of the chair, but are kicked out by another player, your name WILL go back into the mix. You could, quite possibly, get another chance to play.

A 3-day, 2-night stay at the Holiday Inn Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. We have FOUR trips up for grabs- one each week from August 5th, August 12th, August 19th and August 26th. The dates of the trips up for grabs are Sunday, October 27th and Monday, October 28th. Winners will check in on Sunday, the 27th and check out the morning of Tuesday, October 29th.

***Trips for this particular contest are restricted to the dates above. Those dates may NOT be changed and the winner agrees to join us in PCB or they must forfeit the trip to another player.

ADDITIONAL RULES & CONSIDERATIONS:

Winners must comply with all of the rules of the Contest, including, but not limited to, any restrictions on age and/or residency, and have not committed any fraud or deception in entering the Contest or claiming the Prize.

The winners must affirm and represent that he/she is not an employee or agent of the Station or any sponsor of the Contest and is not a member of the same household of any such employee or agent.

In consideration of the receipt of the Prize, the winners agree to be solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or other fees, including, but not limited to, any federal state or local income taxes, that are or may become payable as a result of participating in the Contest and/or receipt of the Prize.

The winners agree to allow the Station and/or its designees the right to use winners’ names, likeness, portraits, recorded voices and/or biographical material for an unlimited period of time in order to advertise, promote or publicize the Station and/or the products and services of any of its designees.

The Station is not the manufacturer or distributor of the Prize. With respect to any claims that the winners may now have, or that he/she may subsequently acquire as a result of the possession and/or use of the Prize, the winners acknowledge and agrees that he/she shall look solely to others in the chain of production and distribution of the Prize to the exclusion of the Station and any sponsors of the Contest.

The station makes no warranties of any kind with respect to the prize, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Station hereby expressly disclaims any and all such warranties.
