"Stand up and cheer, stand up and cheer for dear ole Western"...

Yes, I know every word of the Western Kentucky Hilltopper fight song! I am a PROUD WKU alum and am SO excited for our upcoming football season! The 2013 schedule was released today and it's a good 'en!

Western will face two SEC opponents in back-to-back weeks, two games at a NFL stadium, two nationally-televised games, an away game at Army and a home game against Navy.

I can't remember a year that I've been more excited for football on The Hill!

Here's a breakdown of the 2013 WKU Football schedule:

(Oh...my heart is basically being ripped in two when my Toppers travel to Knoxville to take on my childhood team, the Tennessee Vols. Maybe I just won't watch that one, ha!)
