Are you already tired of winter? Or are you one of those who hates it, essentially tiring of it somewhere in October, maybe? If that's the case, you'll want to tap that calendar app and add an event that, while happening in winter, will still get your mind on spring and summer. Sometimes, this time of year, that's the best we can do.

Western Kentucky Outdoor Expo

You've heard the expression, "My eyes were bigger than my stomach," right? It means you ate more than you should have because everything looked so good. Well, at the Western Kentucky Outdoor Expo, the same thing might happen, but on a larger scale. You might haul more stuff out of the Owensboro Convention Center than you have room for in your vehicle. Plan accordingly, in other words.

The Western Kentucky Outdoor Expo is a ton of fun, even if you don't leave with anything. But that's not likely to happen. And if you're wondering about the scope of the expo, it's pretty simple. Just look at the name of the event. If it's supposed to be outside, you'll find it here, and you'll find it on February 7th from 9 AM to 7 PM and February 8th from 10 AM to 6 PM.

In addition to a Base Camp sponsored by Owensboro Racing and Gaming, enthusiasts will discover RVs, many different kinds of boats, sporting equipment, hunting gear, lawncare equipment, and so much more. And yes, there will be plenty of food, too. Visit the Western Kentucky Outdoor Expo's website for more details.
