What is this?!?!

Ok...so, I've never claimed to have a green thumb, let's start there.... There is this vine stuff that will not die!! I think we've tried everything! (It drives me crazy!!!) It's crazy!!! It's grows sooo fast and it's stinky!! Yep...stinky!! Ugh...So, if you have any clue what this is or how to get rid of it, I would appreciate any help!! Did I mention that it stinks and it drives me crazy?!?!
