Boots, Bling, and a Big Heart: Whiskey & Wildfire Returns to Evansville
Yellowstone, fans! Get your boots and your bling and let's do this thing.
The Chloe Randolph Foundation has announced plans for Whiskey & Wildfire, a huge fundraiser which is coming up Saturday, October 10th at Bally's in downtown Evansville. I am personally excited for this event because, for the first time, I have been asked to emcee it.
I recently had lunch with Chloe's mother, Kristie, and she shared her daughter's tragic, but powerful story with me. I was incredibly moved by Kristie's conviction and I immediately said, "Yes!" to being involved and helping out with what promises to be an inspiring and community-changing evening.
The keynote speaker for Whiskey & Wildfire is former Tulsa, Oklahoma homicide detective Jason White, who is the host of the Beyond Homicide podcast and one of the stars of A&E's First 48 Hours.
Jason's experiences as a homicide detective working domestic abuse crimes in Tulsa certainly translate to small town Henderson, Kentucky. That's where Chloe Randolph was murdered by her husband in 2019. Since then, Chloe's family has been committed to keeping her memory alive through advocacy and public education. Shortly after her murder, Chloe's family created the Chloe Randolph Organization.

Whiskey & Wildfire, which is billed as "an evening of elegance, purpose, and unforgettable moments," is dedicated to The Chloe Randolph Organization, Inc. and its mission to advocate, educate, and empower while supporting individuals and families affected by domestic violence, intimate partner violence, stalking, and sexual assault.
