A Kentucky Police Department Puts Out APB on Elsa…Yes THAT Elsa

Hey, I'm just as tired of this winter blast as you are. I don't care if it came relatively late in the season. It wasn't welcome and now it must leave. It seems the Harlan, Kentucky Police Department feels the same way. Except they've taken it a step further.

In an obviously humorous attempt to ease its Frozen mind, the Harlan PD put out an APB on Elsa, the Queen of Arendelle, for attempting to freeze a fountain.

I kinda thought they'd go for the bigger charge of causing three different winter storms, but they must've cut a deal.

The APB was issued on the department's Facebook page last week:

And an arrest was made. No kidding. There were pictures.

So now we know.

You know...I never did like that Elsa.
