Jaclyn Graves was born in Jackson, TN, but grew up Milan, TN and Mayfield, KY. Go Cardinals! Jaclyn is a true performing artist. She started singing in public at the age of six at the First Baptist Church in Milan. She auditioned and beat out all the nine and ten-year-olds. Her mother, Janet said, “I didn’t even know she liked to sing!” Jaclyn’s first professional appearances were weddings, a job she still performs frequently and also performs with her band at various local clubs and events. I am the afternoon host and have been broadcasting over the WBKR airwaves since the Nixon administration. Just kidding. It was Roosevelt. Teddy. Anyway, it's been a blast watching the music industry and media and their relationship evolve over these many years. Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. Started in Country Radio at KLLL in Lubbock, TX. I have slaved over hot turntables (we don't have those anymore) in Kansas City, Louisville, Nashville and many other ports over the years. I have programmed some legendary stations: WDAF, Kansas City, WSM, Nashville and KVOO, Tulsa. None has been as much fun as WBKR right here in Owensboro.
