Owensboro Catholic's Ray Zuber tossed the pigskin all over the field Friday night, tossing eight touchdowns as Owensboro Catholic outgunned Hancock County 60-14.  The Aces scored three first quarter touchdowns and did not look back, improving to 4-1 on the season.  Zuber's favorite target of the night, Jasen Riney, chased in on three TDs and had over 200 offensive yards. With the win, the ACES improved to 5-1 on the season, and racked up the programs 399th.

Not to be outdone, Daviess County Quarterback, Adam Buchard, tossed five touchdowns to Panther receivers, as DC pushed passed Muhlenburg County 55-13. With the win, the Panthers improve 2-3 on the season. While these were the highlights of "Football Friday," there was quite a bit of exciting action on many fields around the area.
