While at a live broadcast in Hardinsburg, I met the founder of Cody's Cause. It's an organization that raises awareness about PTSD. It also raises funds to train service dogs for veterans suffering FROM this painful disorder.

This is pretty cool. Pulitzer-prize winning photojournalist Renee' C. Byer has the unique talent of capturing real life in all parts of the world. This experience plays heavily in her interactive photo collection, "Living on a Dollar a Day: The lives and faces of the world's poor". This collection exhibit, currently on display at WKU in Bowling Green, will be featured in a segment on "CBS Sunday Morning" this weekend.
In late November Holiday World announced plans for a new addition to the 4th of July section of the park. They purchased the "Firecracker" a nostalgic ride retired from another amusement park and will restore it.
