I just returned from a vacation in western New York. It's incredible country and the weather was perfect--even a little on the cool side. During the trip, I went to Niagara Falls for the first time in 26 years.

Yes, it wasn't just an awesome vacation; it was also a nostalgic one. In 1987, when I was just 21 years old, I ventured out on my first solo road trip. I even went to Canada. That didn't happen this time due to some passport timing issues, but no matter. We had a blast.

It's amazing how close you can get to the Falls and the Niagara River and it made for some incredible photo and video opportunities. I had planned to show you my home video footage of Niagara Falls but then a friend of mine sent me a link to a video that features a Niagara visitor attaching a camera to what appears to be a remote-controlled mini-helicopter.

That's right, feast your eyes on--for lack of a better term--a BIRD's eye view of Niagara Falls.
