Danica Patrick has proved time and time again she can run with the boys in the Indy Series and she's ran a few times in the Nationwide Series, but can she make the complete transition to NASCAR? And heck, maybe WIN???

According to the Associated Press, Patrick is close to a deal that will make her a full-time Nationwide driver for Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s JR Motorsports and she will dabble in a few Sprint Cup races for Tony Stewart's Stewart-Haas Racing.  However, Patrick may still race in the Indianapolis 500; her best finish in the 500 was 3rd in 2009.  Hopefully, Patrick's revenue will increase with a full-time NASCAR schedule, she's currently ranked as the 3rd highest paid female athlete in the world.

The pressure will be on.
