Huntingburg “Salute to the Troops” Weekend
The Downtown Huntingburg Block Party presents the “Salute to the Troops” Weekend during Memorial Weekend May 27th through 29th. Come to downtown Huntingburg for fun and entertainment as well as showing support for the troops.
The “Salute to the Troops” weekend is a wonderful time to come to downtown Huntingburg for graduation gifts and flowers. The weekends list of events includes; live entertainment with Tyler Garrison at 6pm Friday & David Wayne & Friends 1pm Saturday at Old School Café, face painting Friday & Saturday at Antique Alley, sidewalk salute to the Troops: Chalk Drawing contest at1pm Saturday at Integra Bank, and much more.
There will be Sign-up Sheets located in Individual Shops that will be sent to the troops along with photos of the Event. Show your support for our Troops and sign up and leave your well wishes!
The Weekend Block Party is one of the wonderful events to “Eat, Shop, Play & Stay” in Huntingburg. Come downtown to Beautiful and Historic 4th Street and even visit the gorgeous League Stadium in the City Park where A League of Their Own was filmed. We look forward to seeing you there.
