BEVERLY'S HEARTY SLICE BACK TO SCHOOL BASH

RiverValley Behavioral Health and Owensboro Community & Technical College are co-sponsoring the Beverly's Hearty Slice Back-to-School Bash on July 28th to help provide backpacks and school supplies for our community youth!

Be sure to stop by Kendal Perkins Park, Dugan Best, or the Housing Authority of Owensboro starting at 5 p.m. July 28th to pick up a slice of Little Caesar's Pizza and a backpack!

Please join us for our Annual Back to School Bash!

We are giving away school supplies for all grades. We will also have corndogs, slushies, inflatables, and more!

You can help us out by pre-registering your kids at the link below (by July 25th), so we will know how many kids to expect. No worries if you see this late, you can still bring your kids the day of the Bash.

MEADOW LANDS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BACK-TO-SCHOOL BLAST OFF!

We will Blast Off into the new school year in 2023! Come find out who your child's teacher is, meet the teachers, see the classrooms, see old friends, and meet new ones!

Kindergarten will have an orientation that begins at 5:00 p.m. in the classrooms.
Students and parents may meet their teachers in the classrooms
Students may see what their classrooms will look like

Money may be deposited in student accounts in the cafeteria
Enrollment can be completed online before this evening!

Bus information may be obtained in the gymnasium
Spirit wear items may be purchased in the gymnasium

After School Program enrollments may be completed in the gymnasium
Car tags may be picked up in the gymnasium
School fees may be paid in the classrooms

New students may be registered in the office
Birth certificates, immunization records, physical forms, etc, may be brought to the office

PLEASE BRING CASH OR SEPARATE CHECKS TO PURCHASE PTO spirit wear items, and pay for lunches, school fees, and After-School fees. These can be combined if writing a check, and please put the names of all students on the memo line

Mr. Dedman (Guidance Counselor) and Mrs. Davis (Family Resource Coordinator) will be available if you need to see them. Mrs. Nancy Pierce (health room assistant) will also be here if you need to bring medication or discuss medical issues.

DUGAN BEST BREAKING THE CYCLE BACK-TO-SCHOOL BASH

Get ready for the ultimate back-to-school bash with our community partner Dugan Best. We're giving away backpacks and school supplies, providing delicious food for all attendees, and offering fresh new hairstyles for girls' lineups and retwist for boys. Plus, we're hosting a community kickball game, with entry donations going towards our academic success project.

But we can't do it alone - we need your help! We're looking for volunteers to assist with food, backpacks, technology, braiding, lineups, kickball game assistance, photographers, and much more. We're also accepting donations for food, backpacks, or anything else you'd like to contribute.

And if you're a vendor, we'd love to have you set up a table! This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your business and support our community.

Let's come together to help one another because together we can do so much. Whether you're a student, parent, teacher, or just someone who wants to make a difference, we want you to be a part of this amazing event.
