I'm not sure how long we've been doing our live broadcasts from Gaylord Opryland's "A Country Christmas," but it always kicks off the holiday season for me..and for the thousands of guests populating this extraordinary resort as we speak. Chad, Jaclyn, and I are down in Nashville for live Monday broadcasts from Gaylord Opryland. We'll be set up in a new exhibit called "Holly Jolly Town Square."

On Sunday night, we  started with some great food and entertainment at the Louise Mandrell Christmas Show--by the way, it's not easy to get a decent picture of Louise while she's performing; she never stands still. That was followed by a tour of "Ice!" This year's theme was "Merry Madagascar" taken from the Dreamworks animated film of the same name. In fact, this season, the halls of Gaylord Opryland resort are alive with the sounds of kids enjoying all their favorite Dreamworks characters during "A Dreamworks Experience at Gaylord Opryland." It's been a total blast so far. Watch for posts from Chad and Jaclyn featuring some hilarious video of everything from cookies and salad to a giant slide made of ice. If you've never visited Gaylord Opryland for Christmas, you just gotta!
