Denny Hamlin owes his pit-crew a good chunk of change from his win in the NASCAR All-Star Race Saturday night. Hamlin lined up  fifth going into the mandatory four tire pit-stop before the final ten lap duel. Hamlin may have entered the pits fifth. but his crew was the fastest on the asphalt, allowing the #11 car to pill off off the pit lane first. Hamlin put the the hammer down at that point leading the final ten laps and oh by the way, pocketing a cool $1.1 Million for the win. I don't know about the rest of you all, but I'm thinking Denny should be buying dinner for the team for quite a while.

Hamlin made a little history in addition to his to his nice payday, giving Joe Gibbs Racing, their first ever All-Star win in 21 tries. Hamlin, and the #11 crew, will attempt to make it back to back wins at Charlotte Motor Speedway, when the Sprint Cup returns next Sunday evening for the Coca-Cola 600. WBKR your home for the Sprint Cup, will have coverage of the 600 at 5.P.M. Sunday evening.
