Indiana Says Goodbye to Her Chief Justice [Video]

He announced in December that he was stepping down after 25 years as Chief Justice of Indiana's Supreme Court, and true to his word, yesterday Randall Shepard retired.  The ceremony was recorded but the only video I could find is here and it's a little tiny screen. The Evansville native plans on working with the University of Cincinnati Law School among other things. Thanks and goodbye Chief Justice Shepard.
