Kendall Terry Named WBKR’s Hero of the Month

Kendall Terry has been one busy young lady lately. Last month she was named Miss Daviess County and this month, she has been named WBKR's "Hero of the Month" for her efforts in making sure kids are ready to go for back to school. 

Also last month, Kendall hosted the 3rd Annual Back 2 School Bash at the Wesleyan Christian Center here in Owensboro. She founded the event and her goal at this year's event was to hand out 500 backpacks to kids and help families get all set for the new school year. She met her goal and then some.
