OPD Closes 18th Street

Frederica Street at 18th Street right in front of Owensboro High School is closed this morning due to a water leak. I passed by there on the way to WBKR this morning. Owensboro Police have the intersection blocked and have notified OMU. If this is not repaired by school time, traffic will be slowed considerably. 18th street is closed from Frederica to Allen.
