Earlier today, it was reported that 15-year-old Dillon R. Lindsey had gone missing, but the Owensboro Police Department is reporting that he has been located and is in good health.

That's the good news...no GREAT news!

Now for the frustrating and irritating news:

Two adult females have been arrested in connection with about 10 to 15 thousand dollars worth of damage to the Owensboro Parking Garage in the form of graffiti.

No pictures are available but here's the official report from the OPD:

On Tuesday, March 17, 2015, during the evening hours, the downtown parking
garage was the target of vandals who used spray paint to leave graffiti in
multiple locations. City officials estimated the damage to be between $10,000
and $15,000.

Through the use of surveillance video and interviews, the Owensboro Police
Department was able to successfully identify the below individuals and charge
them for their actions.

Photographs were not available at the time of this release. Both subjects are
lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
