Phony Phone Calls For Police

I got word from Jeff Payne, President of the Owensboro Fraternal of Police, there is a big scam involving their name going on and you could be contacted. Here's the deal. Someone calls you and says they are from the Owensboro FOP and they are looking for donations. DON'T DO IT. It's a phony scam. Jeff says when people tel them no, the caller gets really aggressive and rude, too. If it happens to you please call the lodge at 270-926-4001 and tell them.
