Police Awareness Day – April 23rd In Owensboro

Coming up on April 23rd at the Owensboro Police Department, come down and celebrate the 11th annual Police Awareness Day!  Get the info here!

Kicking off the entire day is the 4th annual RUN FROM THE COPS 5K.  The race begins at 8:30 a.m. and will start and wrap up at the Owensboro Police Department.

After you are done with the race stick around for Police Awareness day beginning at 10am and lasts til 2pm at the Owensboro Police Department.  Join us for free food and drinks along with behind the scenes building tours and Children't games!

There will also be equipment displays that include the Emergency Response Team, Hazardous Devices Unit, K-9 demos, Evidence Collection Unit, Prescription Drug Drop Box and visit with local area first responders.

Come and see us on April 23rd starting at 10am at the Owensboro Police Department.  222E. 9th Street in Owensboro!
