Precious Blood Spirit Sprint Set for October 20

Come one, come all! It's fun for all ages...literally. There are 14 different age divisions in the 1st Annual Precious Blood Spirit Sprint 5K Run/Walk 2012.

On Saturday October 20, runners ranging in age from under 9 years old to more than 70 years old will line up along the West Owensboro Greenbelt Trail. Check-in for the race will begin at 6:45AM that morning and last until 7:30AM. The race will begin at 8 with an awards ceremony to follow at 9:30.

Participants will begin at Dalton Street and head south then take a right on the Greenbelt at West 5th Street Road. The course will lead runners to GRADD and then back to the finish line.

Cash awards will be presented to the top male and female runners; student athletes will be awarded appropriately. Your $20 registration fee will include a t-shirt, and registration forms will need to be returned to Precious Blood Church, 3306 Fenmore Street, Owensboro KY 42301 no later than October 19 at 1:59PM local time.
